How to Book

Greetings,
We thank you for choosing Dolphin Tours & we request you to follow
the below guidelines for a smooth Tour booking process.
Once you have selected a Tour and agreed upon the Terms and Conditions, you can
visit our Office or we can even send our representative for collection of Booking
Form, Passport copies, other documents and Cash / Cheque payment as Tour Booking Amount.
Tour Booking Requirements:
- Duly filled Booking form for each couple/family.
- Passport Copy of all guests travelling (must be valid for minimum 6 months
from the date of return).
- Pan Card / Aadhar Card Copy
- Minimum Registration / Tour Booking Amount
- Duly filled visa forms, documents & photographs as required for Visa purposes
Note: Passport requirements may differ for certain Embassies/Consulates
and are subject to change.
Visa Documentation:
On booking the tour, our travel advisor will guide you about all visa formalities
as per the consulate. Kindly submit complete visa documents as per submission timeline
given by the Travel Advisor. Some consulates may call you for a personal interview.
Cancellation:
In case due to unavoidable circumstances, if you need to cancel the tour kindly
give an application in writing / by email. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the
cancellation policy and the number of days left for the tour departure. The fewer
the number of days, higher will be the cancellation charges.
Bank details for Payment:
We accept cash payments only with a valid PAN Card copy (in accordance with prevailing
Income Tax rules). All transactions can be processed using Cheques, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS, Debit & Credit Card.
Overwriting on Cheques is not allowed as per RBI rule & subject to realisation.
